Horse Box Sauna
Step into the warm, wood-lined interior and let the therapeutic heat soothe your body and mind. You can book a seat in the sauna at one of our events, or hire out the whole sauna for a private session.
The woodfired stove can heat the sauna up to 100 oC to provide a traditional sauna experince for up to 6 people at a time.
Ice baths
Our cold plunge icebaths proide the ideal way to practice contrast therapy. The portable, chilled baths offer a refreshing and revitalising experience, helping to reduce muscle soreness and promote overall well-being.
Whether you've just completed an activity or simply want to refresh your mind and body, our ice baths provide a unique and effective way to achieve it.
Pop up Sauna / Sauna hire
Not enough space or access for a horsebox? Or fancy a sauna experience at home?
We also have a pop up sauna tent you can hire. Seating up to 10 people and able to reach 100 oC you can enjoy the same experience as a full sauna.
