Sauna Etiquette

​​Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times during your session. This includes:

  • Sauna sessions of no longer than 25 min at a time (we recommend 5-8 mins in the sauna at a time followed by a cool down period and then go around again)

  • Please follow operators’ instructions on how to pour water onto hot rocks

  • Only pour the provided ‘sauna water’ on hot rocks and nothing else

  • Please enter and exit sauna in a safe manner

  • Keep access points clear to allow other users to exit safely and swiftly if needed

  • Remove shoes prior to entering the sauna and ensure feet are clean

  • Please do not touch any part of the stove

  • Please use a towel to sit on within the sauna

  • Please behave in a respectful way to all other bathers

  • Please do not urinate in the icebaths, please use the bathroom before your session. ​

  • No food or drink to be taken into the sauna, if you need to hydrate then please come out of the sauna 

  • Please consider other bathers and ensure you are as clean as possible when entering the icebaths, use available showers

  • No alcohol or illegal substances to be consumed before or during your sauna/icebath session - we reserve the right to refuse entry on this basis

  • Please do not jump around or purposely rock the horse box as this can be dangerous
